The staff and the FAB FOUR were Fab: Ticketmaster not
Thank you to the staff who helped get my elderly relatives to their seats. Your people saw us in line to enter, pulled us out to use an elevator we didn't even know was there. Staff also policed people blocking aisles, etc. which we are VERY grateful for! There's been a fantastic change in staffing and policies in the past 2 years. Instead of unruly obnoxious people in the cheap seats standing at the stage, blocking everyone's view, now everyone has a view, and the experience is OUTSTANDING FOR EVERYONE.
Had a problem with the digital download of tickets and order disappearing from mobile app. Ticketmaster HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO HUMANS helping humans. A bot with a handful of wrong answers for any question you ask is all they have. This is appalling, particularly in view of the MASSIVE fees you charge, and to block consumers from contacting you or speaking with you when they have a ticket issue is disgusting. Since you already bought your ticket, they care NOTHING about you because they have your money. They ask for a review and change NOTHING. Don't read reviews and don't talk to their customers. Thanks for making concerts outrageously expensive.
